8app Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Any reference to a specific statute, regulation, or law shall include any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 8app. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 8app operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance will be returned to the originating payment method. 18+

2.2 Residency and Legal Access. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 8app complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence. 8app makes no representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access to the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is your responsibility.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one registered account on 8app. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being voided.

2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times. 8app reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 8app will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support at [email protected] immediately.

3.1 Lawful Use Only. You agree to use 8app solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The platform must not be used in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.

3.2 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8app:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to access, scrape, or interact with the platform or any game on it.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, technical vulnerabilities, or unintended game behaviour to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a glitch may be voided at 8app's sole discretion.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or tournament format.
• Using the platform to launder funds or to conduct any transaction that is directly or indirectly connected to proceeds of crime.
• Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate loss through a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting 8app support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in any behaviour intended to manipulate sports outcomes that are subject to live betting markets on the platform.

3.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. 8app reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. Any balance associated with such an account may be withheld pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, 8app may report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Player.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and 8app reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Account Currency. All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on 8app are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign-currency deposits are accepted directly. Any currency conversion fees incurred on the payment provider side are the Player's responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. 8app does not impose a standard maximum deposit ceiling, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming controls will be restricted to those self-imposed limits.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Players are required to submit a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport, together with a selfie photograph, for verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case the Player must contact support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering of Bonus Balance are eligible for withdrawal, subject to Section 5.
• Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad typically within 1–4 hours; Rocket within 4–12 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days. These are target times and not guarantees.

4.5 Transaction Integrity. 8app reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Any delay will be communicated to the Player via the registered contact details.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 8app are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each offer is activated. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion:

• Slots and crash games: 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered.
• Live casino table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat): 10% contribution per ৳1 wagered.
• Sports betting markets: 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered on selections with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Sports betting selections with odds below 1.50: 0% contribution.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings accrued from Bonus Balance will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

5.5 Abuse Prevention. 8app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any associated winnings, and close any account where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed return from a bonus, creating multiple accounts to receive a bonus more than once, or using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent eligibility.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus carries an unfulfilled wagering requirement will result in the prior bonus being forfeited.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games and crash titles available on 8app are sourced from internationally certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's random number generation (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified. 8app does not modify game logic or return-to-player (RTP) settings after integration.

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In the event of a dispute, the result confirmed by the relevant governing body within 72 hours of the event's scheduled completion shall be treated as final for settlement purposes.

6.3 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 8app system, it may not be cancelled by the Player. 8app reserves the right to cancel bets placed on markets that were made available in error, at incorrect odds, or on events that have already commenced at the time of placement without the Player's knowledge.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market detail view before placement. 8app reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or crash game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 8app is not liable for connectivity issues caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

6.6 Provably Fair Games. Crash game titles including Limbo use a provably fair mechanism. Players may verify the fairness of any historical round outcome using the publicly disclosed server seed and client seed data available in the game's result history panel. The existence of a provably fair verification mechanism does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.

7.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request the closure of their 8app account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance above ৳500 will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method subject to completed KYC and standard withdrawal processing times. Any outstanding Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Suspension for Investigation. 8app may suspend an account without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be frozen. The Player will be notified of the suspension and the expected investigation timeline where permitted by applicable law.

7.3 Termination by 8app. 8app reserves the right to permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Confirmed underage gambling — the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 3.2.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes raised without valid cause.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being requested to do so.

7.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, the Player's right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a terminated account will be assessed by 8app. Where termination is due to a Player's breach, 8app reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance pending recovery of any losses, administrative costs, or damages arising from the breach.

7.5 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming purposes should visit the Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion and cool-off options. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and supersede any other account status.

8.1 Platform Availability. 8app endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service disruptions, or events outside 8app's reasonable control. 8app shall not be liable for any loss resulting from platform unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information. While 8app takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of odds, game information, balance displays, and promotional content, errors may occasionally occur. 8app reserves the right to correct any obvious errors without liability, including the cancellation of bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds and the adjustment of account balances where an error has resulted in an incorrect credit.

8.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8app's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 No Liability for Third-Party Content. 8app is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other external services integrated into or linked from the platform. Any dispute relating to a third-party service should be directed to that service provider in the first instance.

8.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8app is incorporated. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction.

8.7 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
